• Timfilm f-o is a clear coating advanced for using as sticky film layer between the fish and crispy coating (Timcrumb f-o).
• Prevents the coating from spilling after cooking.
• During cooking, it keeps the broth of the fish inside and keeps the meat soft.
• It tends to hold moisture inside of the fish and enables to keep the crispy texture of the coating.
• Available in PE layer paper bags or big bags.
